This fully funded course combines the leadership expertise of Inspired Mindset Ltd with the fantastic venue and festive hospitality at Alderford Lake, Whitchurch, to provide you with a memorable, interactive, and developmental learning experience within a beautiful lakeside setting. As we approach Christmas and the end of the calendar year, you will have the opportunity to reflect on yourself as a leader as you prepare for success in the new year ahead.

Activities are specifically designed to focus on your leadership skills. You can expect to experience a day full of activities, discussion, and reflection. A breakfast, festive buffet lunch and sweet treats are provided throughout the day!

This course will run in all weathers so please bring practical and comfy outdoor wear, rain jackets/coats and comfortable outdoor shoes suitable for outdoor wear that have good grip e.g. boots.
